acheiving my black belt in Taekwondo

I am just home now from my black belt test. Proud, amazed, tired, a little stunned!!!

The whole experience has been incredible... from beginning this journey 3 years ago, to accomplishing this goal tonight.
I never knew that I had this in me. I never knew that I could acheive a dream that I have held inside me since I was a little kid.

I'm not too old!!!

What an ordeal! what an experience. I am so grateful that I could make it! I am so grateful for my amazing community of friends and support. I am so grateful to Wilde for starting us on this journey to black belt in Taekwondo. I am so grateful to Rod for holding the space for me, and helping me to acheive my dream. Without him, it would not have been possible for me to see this through.

So I bask in the space after the effort. The spell will break soon, and I will be back to reality, but with a difference... I am a black belt now!
